In this Italian webinar we will travel to Nepal to discover the values and potentiality of cooperatives in fostering women’s empowerment.
Wednesday the 10th of March at 18.15, together with Euricse and l’Associazione Donne in Cooperazione, we organized a webinar about cooperatives and women’s empowerment.
During the meeting, that will take place in Zoom, we will screen our video of the Bhabishya cooperative – that in English means “Creating Futures” – realized thanks to the support from the International Cooperative Alliance and the Coops4dev program.
The documentary will be at the basis of the debate between the founder of Around the World, Sara Vicari, Stefania Turri, researcher at Euricse, and the president of “La Coccinella” cooperative Francesca Gennai. During the debate, we will highlights the role of cooperation in supporting women’s entrepreneurship and empowerment.
